If you pay in U.S. Dollars, to eliminate confusion and simplify the transaction, we shall apply one exchange rate for the entire month and this will be posted here on the first of the month.

3.- THE ACTIVITIES PACKAGE IS WORTH: $6,560 Pesos - - - YOU PAY MUCH LESS THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS.
Your hosts have searched-out sponsors to lower the cost of this XXII District Conference. The sponsorship is based upon an estimated attendance; this number is 700 participants. Although the Activities Package costs us $6,560 pesos, we offer you a package priced quite a bit less. For example, if you buy the Xcaret package from Cancun to the park you will pay $923 Pesos per person for your day in the park --- plus the cost of your meal.
We offer the Activities Package until April 5th OR until 700 people register, whichever occurs later. (That is, we guarantee the Activities Package will be available until April 5, 2007.) After that date, if we have our 700 participants registered, the registration cost will be $1,500 Pesos and will cover only the General Sessions of the Conference. We will attempt to offer the rest of the activities, but we shall charge the real cost of each, so long as we do not exceed the event's capacity. Should it happen that transportation is not available (i.e. if all bus seats are sold), the individual will be responsible for getting to and from the event, whether it is in Cancun, Isla Mujeres, or the Xcaret Nature Park.
