The nine Rotary Districts within Mexico have launched a joint project to promote awareness of the health problems related to obesity.

The following table is supplied to show you the weight that is considered "normal", "over-weight", and "obese" for a given height. "Normal" corresponds to a Body Mass Index ("BMI") of 25 or less, "over-weight" to a BMI greater than 25 and less than 30, while "Obese" is defined as a BMI of 30 or greater.
